Welcome to My Piano Phone, a virtual musical instrument simulation application for mobile devices.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before downloading, installing, or using the application. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the application.
1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
• Application Ownership: All source code, graphical interfaces, sampled instrument sounds, designs, and other intellectual property assets within the application are the exclusive property of Son Lam.
• License Grant: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer this application.
2. Third-Party Advertising Services (Google AdMob)
• Ad Display: This application is provided completely free of charge to users. To maintain operations and ongoing development, the application integrates and displays advertisements from Google AdMob, a third-party service.
• Ad Content: Advertisements displayed within the application are automatically distributed by Google AdMob based on their own policies. We do not directly control the content, products, or services advertised and are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your interaction or purchases made through these advertisements.
• Advertising Data: By using the application, you agree that Google AdMob may collect and use certain device data (such as Advertising IDs) to personalize advertisements in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
3. User Conduct and Restrictions
When using the application, you agree not to:
• Use any automated tools, software, or tricks to interfere with, manipulate, or block the advertisements displayed within the application.
• Use the application for any unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
